To make soda bread, you will need the following ingredients:

How many carbs should you eat a day?

If you want to choose healthy bread, eat minimal white bread. This bread is higher in starch and carbohydrates and has a lower level of fibre.
If you want a healthy diet, choose careful bread.
Earthed grain bread, is the healthiest bread you can buy. It has had the most fibre and nutrients kept. It is also dense and filling.
100% whole grain bread is your best choice. Earthed grain bread has a better texture and flavour than white bread.
If your bread is made with a lot of added ingredients, consider a healthier alternative.
Some manufacturers add a lot of extra fat and sugar to their bread, so you can produce a heavier loaf that lasts longer.
The net carbs are 5.5g per slice, which is quite low. This is because soda bread is made from wheat flour that has the gluten removed.
This means that there are no added sugars, starches or fats. The only carbs are from the oats.
So, if you are on a low-carb diet, then this is a great recipe to cook. It also makes great sandwiches.
