First thing first, we must mix our ingredients together. We use 1 cup of flour, 2 tablespoons of sugar, 3 teaspoons of salt, 4 eggs, ½ teaspoon of yeast, ¼ cup of milk, 1 tablespoon of melted butter, ½ cup of buttermilk, and one egg white.

2) Baking Soda

Next up, we add some baking soda into it.

3) Corn Starch

Then comes the next ingredient, which is corn starch. It helps us to thicken our batter. You should stir this until everything gets well mixed.

4) Water

After mixing these two things, we pour some warm water into it. This makes sure that our dough doesn’t stick in the pan when cooking.

5) Oil

Finally, we put some vegetable oil on the surface of our mixture. This prevents any sticking from happening while frying.

Well, it was actually quite easy. We just used some basic kitchen tools like a blender, food processor, whiskers, etc.

1. The first thing I did was to mix:

  • 1 cup bread flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar

  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • 4 eggs
  • And 1/3 cup milk.

2. Then, I added another tablespoon of butter into this mixture.

Then, I mixed everything well until they were combined properly.

Afterward, I poured the batter onto a greased cookie sheet. And baked it in the microwave for about 2 minutes on high power.

3. After removing from the microwave, let it cool down completely before slicing it up. This step took me around 10-15 minutes.

4. Once cooled down, slice it up as thin slices as possible. You should get approximately 12 pieces per batch.

5. Now, take each piece and put it back into the bowl. Add more egg white and blend again.

Repeat steps 4 & 5 until every single piece has been fused.

6. Next, add one tablespoon of melted butter into the mixture. Mix well. Pour the mixture onto a greased cookie tray.

7. Bake it in the microwave for 3 minutes on medium heat. Remove from the microwave and allow it to cool down completely. Slice it up once again.

8. Put it back into the same mixing bowl. Blend again. Repeat steps 7 & 8 until every single piece has had its turn in the mixer.

9. Finally, pour the mixture onto a greasy cookie tray. Bake it again in the microwave for 3 minute on medium heat.

10. Let it cool down completely before cutting it up. Then, store any leftover alternatives to breadcrumbs in airtight containers.

We suggest getting yourself either a food processor or a stick blender. Both machines work great with making white breadcrumbs. But there are other options available such as a whisker, fork or spoon.
